It is not necessary for you to know with certainty that a situation is an actual breach of requirements to report it.

Non-Retaliation

Tikehau Capital will support any person who speaks up and will ensure that the report is treated with the greatest seriousness. No disciplinary action or retaliation will be taken against any person who raises a legitimate concern in good faith, even if the suspicions reported turn out to be inconclusive.

Confidentiality

Your identity will be kept confidential during the entirety of the process, including at the time you submit a report, during the review, and after the decision has been issued. As far as it is legally permitted and feasible, whistleblowing reports may be made anonymously.

Your report must be factual and made in good faith for it to be admissible as a whistleblowing report.

Whistleblowing protections vary widely between jurisdictions. Reporters should be aware that, in certain jurisdictions, legal protections are available only where they whistleblow to certain persons or entities, such as this platform. Importantly, “going public” to the media or disclosing a whistleblowing report publicly may result in exposure to criminal or civil consequences. Each report has its own discussion system for sending and receiving messages. These exchanges respect the choice of the reporters if they wished to remain anonymous.

Only the designated reviewers will receive the information that you will send us through the form.

Post-Submission Follow-up

You will be able to confidentially follow up on your report and communicate with the reviewers by using the code generated by the platform after your report is submitted.

All reports will be subject to a rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit.
